Webflow's 2026 pricing pushed a lot of sites into bandwidth add-ons and bigger plans. For some, leaving pays back within a year. For others, yearly billing and lighter pages fix it for far less. We start by working out which one you are, with your numbers. If you go, we rebuild the site in code you own, carry every URL across so Google doesn't lose you, rewire every form to your CRM, and set up editing your marketers can use, built for a team without developers.
Is this you?
The bill jumped and keeps climbing
Premium now includes 50 GB of bandwidth a month. Above that you pay an add-on, up to +$974 a month for 2.5 TB, and two months over the limit triggers an automatic upgrade.
You can't afford to lose rankings
Years of indexed pages, backlinks and metadata. One missed redirect and the pages that bring in leads drop out of Google.
Forms and leads cannot break
Webflow's code export leaves out CMS content, forms, site search and localisation. Rebuilt forms are where lead routing quietly stops firing.
Nobody to own the code afterwards
The one-week migration stories had a CTO doing the work. Without one, the hard part isn't the rebuild. It's who fixes things in month three.
What you get
A stay-or-go answer first
We price your Webflow bill against rebuild, hosting and upkeep. If staying is cheaper, we say so, and the review costs you nothing.
Every URL accounted for
A redirect for every indexed page, titles and structured data carried over, and a check of the raw HTML crawlers read, not just the browser view.
Forms that still reach your CRM
Each form rebuilt, wired to your inbox or CRM, and tested end to end with real submissions before the switch-over.
Editing your marketers can use
A CMS such as Sanity with live preview, or plain content files if changes are rare. Chosen for who edits the site, not for what is fashionable.
Your code, your hosting
Code in your GitHub, hosting in your own account, often $0–20 a month. No lock-in, and no platform you'll need to leave next time.
Search Console watched after launch
We track crawl errors and rankings after the switch-over and fix what drops, inside the two weeks of support every project includes.
Pricing
Fixed price, agreed before we start: 50% at kickoff, 50% at launch. Every project starts with the free stay-or-go review, so you see the payback before you commit to anything.

Prices in US dollars; we quote in pounds or euros if you prefer. If the review shows that staying on Webflow is cheaper, for example by switching to yearly billing or cutting bandwidth, we tell you that instead and you owe nothing.
Your own site agent, with our team on call
Leaving Webflow shouldn't mean every small change needs a developer. We set up an AI agent on your site's code that your team asks in plain English, and when something goes wrong that it can't fix, it comes to us.
Monthly plan, priced with your migration
Ask for changes in plain English
New landing pages, updated titles and meta descriptions, redirects, fixed links, content edits. The agent makes the change and shows you a preview before anything goes live.
SEO checks on every change
Each change runs the same checks we use at launch: the site builds, pages stay in the crawlable HTML, and canonicals and the sitemap stay correct.
If something breaks, it calls us
When a check fails or the agent can't fix a problem, it flags it to our team. Fixes to anything we built are handled as a priority, at no extra cost within the plan.

With us, $3k to $5k for a brochure site of up to about 15 pages, $6k to $10k for a CMS site of up to about 100 pages, and a fixed quote for larger or more complex sites. The price is fixed and agreed before work starts.
Not if the URLs are handled properly. Every indexed page keeps its address or gets a permanent (301) redirect, titles, descriptions and structured data carry over, and we check the raw HTML that crawlers read. After the switch-over we watch Search Console and fix any crawl errors that appear.
Yes, but it works differently. With a headless CMS such as Sanity they edit content in structured fields with a live preview, rather than arranging sections on a visual canvas. If your team builds new page layouts themselves every week, tell us: that is one of the cases where staying on Webflow can be the better call.
Webflow's code export leaves out CMS content, forms, site search and localisation. We move CMS content through Webflow's export or API, rebuild and test every form end to end, and move images off Webflow's CDN so nothing breaks if the Webflow project is later deleted.
Typically 1–2 weeks for a brochure site and 2–4 weeks for a CMS site. Your Webflow site stays live until the new one has passed every check, so the switch-over has no downtime.
Sometimes, yes. If your bill is a few hundred dollars a year, switching to yearly billing or making pages lighter often fixes the problem for less than a rebuild. The stay-or-go review exists to answer this before you spend anything.
